Refund & Return Policy
At Cozy Casa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please note that each supplier has its own return policy, and some items may not be eligible for return. General Return Guidelines
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
If your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us via email at support@cozycasausa.com or call us during business hours. You can also find return instructions in the Returns tab on the specific product page.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item, including a return shipping label (when applicable). Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% restocking fee may apply to some items. Be sure to check the product page for full details.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom Products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Home Goods (e.g., pillows, bedding, etc.) once used
- Open-box or Clearance Items (please check product descriptions)
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., bath towels, mats, etc. after use)

Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you no longer want, and once the return is processed, you can make a new purchase for the item you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
